A support agreement ensures your IT systems are running smoothly and effectively, minimising downtime and maintaining PCs (and Macs), servers, networks and systems, both onsite and remotely. Development is also a vital part of what we do, and included in our agreements as part of your support - ensuring your IT is utilised effectively and systems are ready for when your business grows. 

No Last Minute Hacks

We also continuously monitor your systems to remotely identify and fix potential problems before they become time consuming issues. Our client portal is a window into our service desk, which allows you to track your tickets online to see how we are progressing on fixing them for you, as well as automatically sending updates towards a resolution and providing details of all past issues.

And we don’t shy away from discussing pricing – we know that’s a key consideration for you. Our agreements start from £195/month.
