"Terra Vac selected BirchenallHowden as their IT consultants and contractors, following a formal tender evaluation process via the ICT Directory board. The project included a relocation to new build business premises, installation of a new IT network, relocation and re-commissioning of existing IT equipment, installation of a new telephone network and general IT consultancy and support. We found BH to be responsive, reliable and competent throughout the project. The staff communicated well, listening and understanding the user requirement, and recommending workable solutions. The project was completed with minimal disruption to the business.
